Speed, Agility & strength camps

Currently the girls Director of Coaching at Pride, Ceri Richards has a BA in Sports Science is a USSF and NSCAA certified coach and a NASM certified personal trainer.

Speed, Agility and Strength Training

These programs are for players who are serious about Soccer!

 

Soccer Specific Strength U14-18

This 6 week off season weight room based program will focus on increasing soccer specific strength, muscular endurance and power utilizing stability, balance and core training. The goal is to strengthen specific muscles groups, enhance performance and reduce the risk of injury. Running November 10th through December 18th from 7 - 8 pm*. Two sessions will be offered.

 

1. Mondays and Wednesdays

2. Tuesdays and Thursdays

at Lynmar Health Club.

Cost: $216 for all 12 sessions

 

 

Speed, Agility and Strength U11-13

Focus will be on developing soccer specific strength in a circuit orientated environment and increasing speed, agility and quickness. The latest sports conditioning techniques will be utilized. Strength and power will be improved through the use of exercise balls, medicine balls and resistance bands. Agility training will use ladders and hurdles. Running 4 weeks in length from January 12th through February 5th from 6 - 7 pm*.

Cost: $150 for all 8 sessions
